FlowWise values your privacy above all. We only store your name and email for identification and security, nothing else leaves your device. Any financial information stays with you, whether you use our self-guided tools or choose 1-to-1 coaching. In coaching, numbers may be shared in person but are never digitally recorded. FlowWise earns revenue solely through our webinar series and optional coaching, never by selling, sharing, or profiting from your data. Your information is yours, and it always stays that way.

What information does FlowWise store about me?

Very little.

FlowWise only stores:

  • Your name
  • Your email address

This is used purely for identification, communication, and keeping the service secure.

That’s it.

Does FlowWise store any of my financial information?

No.

FlowWise does not store:

  • Bank balances
  • Income details
  • Debt information
  • Transaction data
  • Financial documents

Your financial information stays with you, on your own device.

If I use FlowWise tools, where does my data go?

It doesn’t go anywhere.

Any numbers you work with remain on your computer or device. Nothing is transferred, uploaded, or stored by FlowWise.

You stay in control because the data never leaves your hands.

What happens if I choose 1-to-1 coaching?

1-to-1 coaching is optional and personal.

If you become a coaching client:

  • Any financial information you choose to share stays with you
  • No financial data is digitally recorded by FlowWise
  • Nothing is uploaded, stored, or retained

Conversations may involve real numbers, but those numbers are not captured, saved, or systemised.

Is anything recorded during coaching?

No financial data is digitally recorded.

FlowWise does not keep financial records, spreadsheets, screenshots, or copies of your information. Coaching is built around guidance, understanding, and decision-making, not data collection.

How does FlowWise make money if it doesn’t use data?

FlowWise’s business model is simple and transparent.

We earn revenue through:

  • An in-depth webinar coaching series designed to guide households through financial challenges
  • Optional 1-to-1 coaching sessions

We do not make money by selling data, advertising products, or sharing information with third parties.

Are there ads, referrals, or commissions?

No.

FlowWise does not:

  • Run third-party advertising
  • Sell referrals
  • Receive commissions for financial products

Advice and guidance are not influenced by external incentives.

Who can access my information?

Only what is necessary, and only when necessary.

Access is limited to:

  • Your name and email address
  • For communication, security, and legitimate business purposes

There is no internal access to financial data because FlowWise does not hold any.

What happens if I stop using FlowWise?

Nothing follows you.

If you stop using FlowWise:

  • Your financial information remains on your device, as it always has
  • We retain only what is legally and operationally necessary (your name and email)

There is no hidden data trail.

How is my privacy protected?

By design, not policy.

FlowWise protects privacy by:

  • Not collecting financial data in the first place
  • Not storing or transferring sensitive information
  • Keeping systems intentionally minimal

The safest data is the data that never exists.

Is this different from your privacy policy?

Yes.

The privacy policy explains the legal framework.

This page explains the principle.

If there is ever a conflict, FlowWise’s intention is to act in favour of minimal data, clarity, and respect.

Why does FlowWise work this way?

Because money is deeply personal.

We believe people make better decisions when they feel safe, unobserved, and in control. FlowWise exists to guide, not monitor.

You are not the product.

Your data is not the product.
